Business decisions and life decisions shouldn’t be done on the same discussion table ! They are different and should be processed differently.
The good thing when someone says no to your proposition is either you taught them or you should learn.
If you’re receiving “no” for a legitimate proposition you’re teaching someone.
If you’re getting “no” for a random proposition you should learn from them.
The point is not to learn to say “no”. It is to learn to find out legitimate vs. random proposition
