All Nepal College of Technical Education has been a pioneer institute for over the last five years and has
demonstrated its commitment to produce different categories and levels of human resource for health Resource
for health (HRH) as per the changing needs of the nation. Looking retrospectively, ALL NEPAL has established
its credibility over the years through creatively blending the progressive world trends in health profession
education with country-specific national in the forefront, it has the responsibility and challenges to produce
qualified health personnel with minimum resource input, which the larger public could afford in the long run.
Partly, in response to call at regional level, to develop pharmacy assistants and technical experts in the country as
recommended by the WHO consultative meeting at New Delhi in Dec 1988; Diploma in Pharmacy program was introduced on
2061 B.S. Then, as per the need of hour, Health Assistant, and Lab Technician programs were established on 2065 B.S
and 2066 B.S respectively.
